Class Action Filed Regarding Toyota Mirai Fueling Issues

Edgar Law Firm (and its co-counsel) have filed a class action lawsuit against Toyota Motor Sales U.S.A., Inc. and Toyota North America, Inc. involving the Toyota Mirai. The Toyota Mirai is a hydrogen-powered automobile sold only in California. Mirai owners reported (and the class action alleges) that hydrogen fuel is scarce and/or unavailable. It is alleged that Toyota continued to sell the Mirai automobile despite its knowledge of the inability to fuel the Mirai. Mirai owners are forced to regularly rent replacement vehicles, regularly have their Mirai towed home or to another hydrogen fuel station, or even simply park the vehicle unused for long periods of time. In short, the Toyota Mirai is rendered useless and valueless.
