Insurance Policy Fees/Premium Increases
Insurance is something most all of us require, whether it be home, auto or life insurance. Most of us, thank goodness, do not and will not ever have any problems with their insurance polies, claims, or premiums (even though we do not necessarily care for them). However, many insurance providers are charging fees/premiums for coverage that people did not ask for or even want. Further, while insurance providers may increase your policy premiums, they can only do so under certain conditions (such as driving citations or accidents). Unfortunately, many insurance providers are increasing premiums without any legal justification.
Edgar Law Firm is investigating certain insurance companies who have been adding coverage to your insurance policy that you did not want or ask for but are now paying. Further, if you have noticed either unfamiliar fees on your insurance billing or have been notified of an increase in your insurance premiums that you do not believe are justified, Edgar Law Firm would like to hear about your experience.
