Volvo XC40/C40 Defects

Edgar Law Firm is currently conducting an investigation into several defects of the Volvo XC40 and C40 model vehicles. These Volvo vehicles (model year 2022-2024) have experienced issues with two critical systems. First, it is reported that the Rear Auto Brake regularly and spontaneously engages without warning. In addition, The Dashboard Drive Display regularly blacks-out in its entirety (or partially). The Dashboard Drive Display contains critical information to the driver, such as the speedometer, navigation, odometer, and blinker to name a few. These are serious and dangerous defects.
