Terry L Pabst

St. Louis, Missouri

Terry L. Pabst founded his St. Louis-based firm, The Law Offices of Terry Pabst, PC, in 1993, to provide clients with high quality, big firm legal services at cost-effective, small firm rates.  Since Pabst possesses significant corporate management as well as legal expertise, ranging from large, multi-national corporate conglomerates to small, entrepreneurial niche businesses, the firm is well-suited to assist clients in developing creative “outside the box” solutions to their business problems and legal needs.

Prior to beginning his legal career, Pabst worked for St. Louis-based Emerson Electric Company, in the finance group.  In that capacity, Pabst performed due diligence regarding acquisition targets, and internal financial and management audits of Emerson subsidiaries and affiliates.

Pabst began his legal career in 1987 with Bryan Cave, a national top 50 firm, engaged principally in commercial litigation, real estate, banking and bankruptcy matters.  Pabst later joined Kalish & Gilster, a St. Louis-based intellectual property firm, as Of Counsel.  In that capacity, Pabst represented clients in major trademark litigation, including acting as national trial counsel for Hard Rock Café and Planet Hollywood.

In April 2018, The Law Offices of Terry Pabst, PC joined Edgar Law Firm LLC, as Of Counsel.  Acting as Of Counsel to Edgar allows Pabst to provide clients with a much broader range of legal services and allows Pabst to provide those services state-wide and nation-wide.

Pabst was born in East St. Louis, Illinois.  He currently resides in Labadie, Missouri, with his wife Darla, and their four children, Bailey (Vanderbilt University), Emma (University of Kansas), Tyler (high school) and Trent (middle school).  He enjoys spending time with his family, traveling and playing and coaching all sports.
